This is a vintage Montblanc fountain pen, model No. 22. The No. 22 is known as a model from the 1960s to 1970s and is popular as a "classic, practical pen" with a structure similar to the higher-end Meisterstück series.
The body features a classic design with black resin and gold trim. A characteristic of the No. 22 is the blue ink window on the barrel, making it highly practical.
